Yes, a small update again with some news! Me is happy happy!
Why am I happy? Well, I’ve scored a pair of brand new shoes! As you may know, one of my latest blog posts (which you can read here) was about the downsides of being a ‘roving’ reporter. Roving from one venue to another isn’t good for your shoes. The shoes that I scored today aren’t A-brand shoes, but comfy cool ones for a few euros! This is a pic of them (yes, I know, I have big feet):
So, it’s goodbye to my old pairs who are beyond saving:
And the pair that was on the pic of my other personal blog I mentioned earlier post are still on my feet by the way (got a bit attached to them, haha):
Well, new shoes isn’t the only news for today! I’m pretty excited that I’m going to interview David Longdon of the band Big Big Train in a couple of hours! I also hope I have an interview with Craig Blundell (Steven Wilson, Frost*) one of these days too, so keep your fingers crossed!
I also hope I finally have time to compile a vlog this week of the latest gigs I went to, and hopefully Background Magazine will add my gig review of John Young & Pendragon to their website so I can post it here as well!
Bye for now, and a big hug!
Iris, aka Ier!

Awesome Schmawesome Possum! New shoes, gives you the strength to carry forth and withstand(literally) the crowds at gigs who trampled your feet with consideration! Hence why my concert going shoes are my army boots lol
And judging by your glowing excited eyes they are comfy shoes! lol ; )

Hahahaha. 😀 Oh yes, army boots are the best. I have army boots and other heavy shoes too, but they’re too hot for the summer days, and all my other shoes are completely worn out as you can see. So happy now! 😀 *hug*
